DIY Flower Wreath

It's easy as one,two,three,four.

1.buy flowers and supplies: scissors, glue (fabric or hot glue), ribbon or string (psst..Michaels is having a sale!)
2.lay out your supplies and arrange flowers.
3. Glue..
4.Wear your flower crown the way you like ;).

On a more philosophical note…

Two things: when life gives you fabric, make a cape dress and flowers, a well-deserved crown for putting up with 23 years of my own conniption fits. I took a much needed respite from my birthday (yes, an actual break from my actual birthday) to reflect on my goals for lucky #24. This outfit perfectly describes what I hope for the upcoming year.

My superhero chic dress was inspired by my innate sense of wanderlust. May I use it to spread my wings and face my fears, be bold as the stripes, freewheeling as the hanging fabric..and of course, be optimistic as the evergreen alchemy of the flower wreath keeping our spirits young.

I hope as we women age, our confidence remains strong and our beauty blooms like a flower….from within.

My birthday passed as quick as April showers, as dark and gloomy as the hazy clouds, and now,  I am anew like the early morning sun.
